Our Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between Go Feedback (hereinafter, "Us", "We" or "Our") and you (hereinafter, "User," "Users," "your," or "yours"). Your use of our App shall be governed by the following T&C.
If you are a child under 13 years old (or such greater age required in your country or territory), you may only use our App after your parent or guardian has read and accepted these T&C. We reserve the right to suspend accounts without notice if we reasonably doubt you meet the minimum age requirement.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and update it promptly. We may send security codes via SMS/call. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account termination.
You must provide necessary devices/software to use our App. We may send notifications and updates automatically.
Subscription plans and pricing may change without notice. Payments are pre-paid and non-refundable.
By using our App, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Data is processed in the UK - international users consent to this transfer. We comply with COPPA and GDPR for children's data.
WE EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES (MAX $100 OR 100% OF PAYMENTS). SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your App use, breaches of these T&C, or misrepresentations.
EU/UK/Swiss users may contact support@gofeedback.app or use BBB EU Privacy Shield for unresolved complaints.
Binding arbitration may apply for residual claims per Privacy Shield Annex 1.
We may modify these T&C at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check regularly for updates.
