Acceptance

By using Go Feedback, you agree to this EULA and our Terms & Conditions. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all terms.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Create content through the App interface
  • Receive updates and new features

This license is revocable at any time without notice.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Use for commercial purposes without written consent
  • Distribute or sell access to the App
  • Bypass any security measures

Ownership

Go Feedback retains all intellectual property rights. You receive no ownership rights through this EULA.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to $100 USD. We exclude liability for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or data
  • Service interruptions

Termination

We may terminate access immediately for violations. You may terminate by deleting your account and ceasing all use.

Changes

We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
